Shipping Policy

Slow Mill Coffee ships from our supply partner in Guangzhou, China. Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days and shipped with tracking.

Tracked delivery is available to customers in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Estimated delivery is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary by destination, customs processing and carrier conditions.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Free tracked shipping is available for U.S. orders over $49. Orders below the free-shipping threshold use the tracked rate shown at checkout.

Tracking information is sent after dispatch. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at yjiarongjayden@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos as soon as possible.
