Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every coffee you receive. If something is not right, we will make it right.

### Quality Issues
If your coffee arrives damaged, stale, or with a clear quality defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@slowmillcoffee.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund. You do not need to ship the coffee back to China.

### Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no extra cost.

### Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may already be in preparation.

### Change of Mind
Since coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or taste preference. If you are unsure which coffee to try, send us a message — we are happy to help you choose.

### Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund.

### Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
