Yes — U.S. orders over $39 ship free with tracking. Orders under $39 use a flat tracked rate, and Express is available at checkout. All shipping costs, duties and taxes are shown before payment so you can review the full cost before placing the order.

If you are new to pour-over, start with a manual grinder, cone brewer, filters and a gooseneck kettle. If you want a simpler first order, choose a starter kit and add a storage canister later.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we arrange a replacement or refund — you never need to ship anything back to China. Unused gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery; please contact us first so we can send return instructions.
