Track Your Order
No account needed — everything you need is in your order emails. Here is how it works:
1. Place your order
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number as soon as checkout is complete.
2. We pack and ship
Orders ship from our supply partner with tracking. When your parcel leaves, we email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow it step by step.
3. Follow your parcel
Open the tracking link in your email (or paste the tracking number on your carrier's website). You will see when your parcel is picked up, in transit, and out for delivery.
Where is my order?
- No tracking email yet? That is normal — orders are usually passed to our shipping partner within 2-4 business days, and tracking activates a couple of days after dispatch.
- Have not received tracking within 5 business days? Contact us at yjiarongjayden@gmail.com with your order number and we will check right away.
