Shipping
Slow Mill Coffee ships from Kunming, Yunnan, China with tracking on every order. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
United States
- Free shipping on orders over $30
- Standard flat rate: $5.90 on orders under $30
- Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days after dispatch via 4PX or YunExpress
- Tracking is provided with every order
Order Preparation
Orders are typically prepared within 1-3 business days. Slow Mill original roasts are packed fresh in Kunming. Curated roaster drops are prepared with our partner roaster. Combined orders ship together in one package.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking updates may take 2-4 days after shipment to activate. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local carrier processing, and seasonal volume. Most U.S. orders arrive within 10 days of dispatch.
International & Other Countries
For countries outside the United States, checkout availability depends on destination and current carrier options. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us before ordering.
Customs & Duties
Customs fees, import duties, or VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
