Order processing
Slow Mill Coffee prepares in-stock orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Shipping destinations
We currently focus on shipping to the United States. Additional destinations may be available at checkout depending on carrier availability.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs review, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or destination address issues.
Slow Mill Coffee offers free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders when shown on the storefront or at checkout.
International shipments
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been shipped.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged, contact us with your order number and photos if applicable. We will help review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
