Refund policy

Our promise

We want your coffee to arrive in good condition and match the product you ordered. If there is a quality issue, damage in transit, or a fulfillment mistake, contact us and we will review it promptly.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, leaking, visibly compromised, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Returns

Coffee is a food product. For safety and freshness reasons, opened coffee products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Do not send products back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Customer preference

Flavor is personal, and coffee can change depending on grind size, water, equipment, and recipe. If the coffee is not what you expected, message us first. We are happy to help with brewing guidance before deciding the next step.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by damage, an incorrect item, or a fulfillment error. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
