Why we use a drop model
Coffee changes by harvest, roast date, green coffee availability, and the roaster's current direction. A drop model lets us keep the selection focused instead of filling the store with too many similar bags.
For a small coffee buyer, fewer products can actually be better: clearer tasting notes, easier choice, fresher turnover, and a more honest story for each coffee.
Our two coffee lines
Yunnan Origin Series is our core line. These coffees focus on Yunnan, China: approachable small-batch coffees selected for clean sweetness, balance, and everyday brewing.
Curated Roaster Drops are limited guest coffees from independent roasters. When we feature a partner roaster, we keep the roaster clearly credited. Slow Mill adds the buyer's note, brewing guidance, overseas storefront, and customer support.
How to choose your first bag
If you want the easiest cup, start with Current Coffee Drops and choose drip bags. They do not require a grinder.
If you already brew whole bean coffee at home, start with the Yunnan Origin Series. Natural is more fruit-forward, Washed is cleaner and brighter, and Sarchim is fuller and lower-acid.
